Have students act out and retell different versions of the play. Students should be broken into small groups, and each group could do a different version of the play. If students need reader’s theater scripts or scripts to use for retell, there are many different versions online. The ultimate goal, however, is that students have a deep enough understanding of the three plots from the entire unit that they are able to act out and retell the different stories with minimal support.
Find potential scripts on Raz-Plus.
