Analyze the rhetorical choices made by either Churchill or Roosevelt to develop his argument.  

Choose effective evidence that will help you to demonstrate clear and effective reasoning. Use this evidence as you draft the body paragraphs for your essay.

    • Device: What is the device? Explain how the evidence is an example of the device.
