Curriculum / ELA / 3rd Grade / Standards Map
Each 3rd grade Fishtank ELA unit deepens student mastery of a set of grade-level standards. These are split into priority standards (standards especially important for understanding the core text and knowledge of the unit) and spiral standards (standards that students repeatedly use as they engage with, discuss, or write about a text). To learn more about how student mastery of the standards develops based on the focus areas of each 3rd grade unit, read our 3rd Grade Standards Overview.
