Complete an outline for the two body paragraphs of an argumentative essay in response to the following prompt:
An example response to the Target Task at the level of detail expected of the students.
Reading and/or task to be completed at home in preparation for the next lesson.
Complete any work not finished in class.

W.7.1 — Write arguments to support claims with clear reasons and relevant evidence.
W.7.5 — With some guidance and support from peers and adults, develop and strengthen writing as needed by planning, revising, editing, rewriting, or trying a new approach, focusing on how well purpose and audience have been addressed.
