Criteria for Success


  1. Convert between fractions and percent using a double number line.
  2. Find the decimal value of a fraction. 
  3. Use the decimal value of a fraction in order to find the rate per 100, or the percent.
  4. Write a percent as a fraction over 100 and other equivalent fractions.
